Advance Booking: The Hill House

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made some changes at the Hill House to keep you and our staff safe during your visit.

We’re introducing an advance booking system to manage visitor numbers and maintain social distancing. Members can book for free, while non-members will be asked to pay when booking.

Please note: if you do not pre-book, we cannot guarantee entry to the property and you may be turned away.

The Hill House will be open daily, 10am to 5pm.

Ticket numbers are capped each day, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. No more than six people will be permitted per half hour time slot. In accordance with government guidelines, booking groups should contain no more than two household groups. To ensure social distancing, visitors are requested to limit their time exploring the interiors of the house to 30 minutes. However, there’s no time limit on how long you spend exploring the Box or our beautiful gardens!

Once at the property, please look out for signage and follow directions given by our staff. Please observe social distancing from other households and staff, and wear a face covering in the house, if you are able. There’ll be hand sanitising stations for you to use at the property. We ask that you use the sanitiser provided at the start and end of your visit. You are, of course, welcome to use as much as you like in between!

Our team will be working very hard to keep you safe. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to the Hill House!

Members

Member entry will be free, but you must book in advance.

Each member will require a ticket, so please ensure you purchase the correct quantity of tickets for those visiting (for example, Family Members with 2 adults and 2 children will require 4 member tickets).

You’ll also need to show your membership card on arrival.
