A Letter to Mrs Claus - Pollok House

Visit Pollok House this Christmas for a truly unique experience, full of festive family fun.

Write your letter to Mrs Claus and bring it along to our beautiful Georgian house where we will help you magically send your Christmas wishes all the way to the North Pole. You never know, Mrs Claus may even have left you an extra-special gift!

Take a peek at our wonderful Christmas decorations as you follow our festive trail and learn all about the Christmas traditions we still know and love today.

Please note: Pre-booking is essential.

This event is recommended for children aged 2 and over. 

Event Information

Dates: Friday 18–Wednesday 23 December 2020

Timings: Every 15 mins between 10am–3.30pm

**Please arrive promptly for your allocated time slot as we have to adhere to strict timings for safety reasons.**

We ask that you have your letter to Mrs Claus ready before arriving at the house.

Ticket numbers are capped each day, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

No more than 6 adults will be permitted for every 15-minute time slot.

In accordance with government guidelines, booking groups should contain no more than two household groups. Please follow current guidelines for travelling.

Children (under 12): £5.00 for all children

Adult member admission will be free but you must book in advance. Fees for all children are as above.

Arrival to Pollok House

Please note that this is a free-flow event.

When you arrive, please enter the property via the main entrance. Once at the property, please look out for signage and follow directions given by our staff. Please observe social distancing from other households and staff, and wear a face covering in the house, if you are able.

One-way systems will be in place throughout Pollok House. Hand sanitising stations will be available; we ask that you use the sanitiser provided at the start and end of your visit.

Our team will be working very hard to keep you safe.

Please note: Personal belongings, such as rucksacks, should be kept to a minimum as storage facilities are unavailable at the property. Buggys are not allowed on the upper floor.
