Join the National Trust for Scotland ranger on one of Scotland’s finest hill walks over the magnificent Five Sisters of Kintail ridge.
This is a strenuous walk over challenging terrain but one that offers unsurpassed views over the North West Highlands and coast. A good level of fitness is essential to summit all five peaks, three of which are Munros. Look out for wildlife including ptarmigan, golden eagles and red deer, and learn about the National Trust for Scotland’s work managing this landscape.
Participants must have hill walking boots and waterproof clothing, and be prepared for the more extreme weather of our mountain tops.
The meeting point is the National Trust for Scotland ranger office at Morvich, and it is a short drive to teh start of the walk from there. The walk takes up to 10 hours depending on individual fitness.
Dates: Saturday 12 June, Friday 16 July and Saturday 4 September
Price: £45 per person (group rates also available)
Please contact the Kintail rangers directly for more information and to book on 01599 511231 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Our guided events will be dependent on the Scottish Government Covid restrictions at the time, and we will adhere to and encourage participants to follow covid precautions on our guided walks.
