Walk Yer Socks Off - Nordic Walking

Looking to try something new? Join one of our Nordic Walking taster sessions.

Nordic Walking is a full body fitness technique using specially designed poles to engage 90% of the skeletal muscles. Nordic Walking burns 42% more calories than regular walking. It makes you work harder yet makes it feel easier! This session is suitable for all fitness levels. Spaces are limited, so please book below.

The Saturday sessions will take place on grass; the Sunday sessions will take place on the beach.
